Thank you for trying Nicoco! We are a young vegan couple with a passion for eating and preparing raw, local foods, that nourish the soul body and mind. Our quest for healthier, more sustainable living, brought us to Hawaii where we started Nicoco, to fill the cone shaped hole in our hearts for a delicious, decadent but healthy and local treat.
Our philosophy of eating locally harvested food led us to the colorful farmers markets of the Big Island where we can be found throughout the week. We create all of our gelato and sorbets by hand in small batches in Kalapana. Nicoco is crafted with all natural, locally sourced vegan ingredients and fresh, in season, organic locally harvested fruits, herbs and flowers.
We start with a creamy coconut base to produce signature flavors inspired by Hawaii and island living. We have a flare for the exotic in flavors that range from truly rich to airy and subtler notes that linger on your pallet. We hope you enjoy Nicoco as much as we do!
